    Stunningly beautiful trendy boutique place, it has marvellous location next to the fabulous Museo Amparo and the Amparo Museum. Amiable and very-very nice people are working. The rooms are well-appointed and convenient with central heating, a work desk, and a TV set😀

    The room we had included central heating, a laptop-size safe, and flat-screen TV. The staff were affable and very, very nice and knew their area. Location: the hotel was next to a great restaurant, the fabulous Museo Amparo, and the Amparo Museum.

    The Milo Collection impressed me with its beautifully renovated colonial building. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a huge bed and an enormous shower. I especially appreciated having two sinks in the bathroom. It made getting ready much more convenient. The location was perfect, just a short pleasant walk to the Zócalo and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff, particularly Guadalupe and Maggie, provided really good service at check-in and were always accommodating to our needs. The inner courtyard was a lovely, serene spot to relax. Unfortunately, , there was an uncomfortable incident where the staff accused us of stealing a remote control. Despite our protests, this situation created a negative cloud over an otherwise enjoyable experience. The combination of a beautiful, quiet room and attentive service were nice.

    My junior suite had a comfy bed and an amazing shower. The breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly. It's within walking distance to the amparo museum and lots of great restaurants. The zócalo. I loved the big, fluffy towels, and the water pressure was just perfect.

    I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was really good, and my room was spacious with an enormous shower. Just a heads up, the hot water might take a minute to kick in.
